You choose: subscribe to keep the paid features, or drop to the Free plan automatically. We never charge you without explicit action — no card on file means no surprise invoices. Your monitors and history stay intact either way (Free-plan retention limits apply to new data).

Yes — cancel in two clicks from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to Free. No retention calls, no "are you sure?" mazes, no dark patterns.

No. Each plan includes a set number of team members (1 / 1 / 5 / 25) at no extra cost. Per-seat pricing punishes you for collaborating — we don't do it.

One monitor = one endpoint we check on an interval. A multi-step scenario counts as the number of requests in it. SSL-only domain checks don't count against your monitor limit.

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately (we prorate), downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your data and configuration carry over — nothing is reset.
